This interactive Zoom presentation will demonstrate practical, easily implementable SEL tools and techniques to use right away for online groups with your students Grades 3 to 12. Explore playful, therapeutic applied improvisation exercises designed to improve social competency, self-awareness, resilience, flexibility, and being present in the moment. Practice mindfulness in action: compassion and empathy training techniques and methods to calm the mind.  Learn innovative cognitive awareness exercises along with effective tools for emotional regulation.
