CT Comprehensive School Counseling Framework

Adopted by the CT State Board of Education October 2020

The CT School Counselor Association in conjunction with the CT State Department of Education published the CT Comprehensive School Counseling Framework in 2020, replacing the previous 2008 document. This document is aligned with several different documents including but not limited to the ASCA National Model, CASEL's Social Emotional framework, Career Ready Practices and the CT Next Generation Accountability Standards. Future professional development modules will be rolled out in the spring of 2021. The framework can be found below.
