Join CSCA for a restful and relaxing Pilates event to kick off our wellness initiative! This is open to all school counselors, members and non-members alike. This event will be 20 minutes long and will be held virtually. We request that cameras and microphones be off to maximize the relaxation during the event. This event will be held April 20th at 7:00 pm and will be 20 minutes. Short and sweet with maximum relaxation!
