2026 Fee Payment Policy:
- If paying by check or Purchase Order, payment must be received by May 15th or your registration will be cancelled. Please include your invoice number on your check or purchase order.
2026 Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellations occurring after midnight on May 15, 2026 will incur a $40.00 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be used to cover the cost of food that CSCA will already be legally committed to pay to the conference venue. Notice of cancellation may be made by e-mail to Michelle Boss at execdirectorCSCA@gmail.com
2026 Bad Weather Policy:
- If you have bad weather in your area, and are unable to travel, we will extend our refund deadline (less the $40.00 cancellation fee) to the morning of the program.
