*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DURATION OF THIS EVENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 90 MINUTES!*

As the weeks wear on during this pandemic, we know that some school communities will experience serious illness and/or losses.   Current projections are that deaths related to the virus will spike between April 11 and 14 in Connecticut.

Dr. Gabe Lomas, Western Connecticut State University Counselor Educator, Dr. Peg Donohue, Central Connecticut State University School Counselor Educator, will facilitate this session on April 6th at 1pm on crisis preparedness and response.  Dr. Lomas has worked with regional crisis teams in Connecticut and elsewhere for many years.    Since gathering together is our immediate response to crisis in a community, we will need to strategize ways to meet the needs of possible multiple situations in multiple areas via remote means.
