Thank you for taking the time to review our exhibitor prices and sponsorship opportunities for our 2019 Connecticut School Counseling Association Conference. This year our conference will be on May 29, 2019 at the University of Hartford.
We truly appreciate the partnerships we have created through out the years, and it is our hope to also create new relationships. In the link above, there is a description of each sponsor, exhibitor, and advertising package.
Based on feedback from previous sponsors, we have a NEW benefit to offer our Keynote Sponsor this year: an opportunity to speak for 10 minutes (max) to all conference attendees and introduce the Keynote Speaker! There is only one Keynote Sponsorship available, so sign up early!
The scavenger hunt last year was well received by exhibitors and attendees and we will again include this as a benefit for our Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors this year! Our larger conference sponsors and our Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors will be "hot spots" that the attendees will have to come visit to complete their exhibit hall passport.

This premier event brings together K-12 grade school counselors from across the state, representing urban, suburban and rural school districts. Some of our goals are to share experiences, perspectives, insights and the latest trends in the counseling and educational related field.

If you are also interested in presenting at our conference, please submit the Call for Proposals form HERE. This year's conference will include two new audiences. We hope to offer two morning workshops that address the needs of our graduate students. In addition, we are also welcoming school administrators to attend our conference so that can learn more about the potential contributions and impact of school counselors in their buildings.
