Self Care, Take Some time for YOU

As counselors we are used to taking care of others emotional needs.  It is time that we also take care of our own.  Self care is incredibly important.

Take some time out from your busy fall schedule to engage in this Self-Care event for school counselors in the Hartford county region.

We will meet at 6:00PM at the Copper Beech Institute.  Meditation Instruction for beginners starts at 6:15PM followed by Candlelight Meditation class from 7:00-8:30PM.  For more information about Copper Beech Institute and directions to the event, please visit their website:
