Join us at 4:30pm on April 6th to BREATHE - a second opportunity thanks to Vina Torossian and the Karaka Group!  Let’s listen to the beat of the drum and count. It’s to inhale and exhale to the beat of the Drum.   We will do 3-4 separated Intervals of breath work.

A brief Karaka Duduk Meditation will follow the breathwork.

- Be prepared to sit comfortably on either a meditation cushion or a yoga mat in the comfort of your own home

- Dress comfortably

- The Tabla or the Arabic Darbuka is a percussion musical instrument widely used in the Middle East which produces a thumping sound.

Karaka Tabla Breath Work - The sound of the drum helps calm the mind, body, and spirit, while deep breathing helps to activate the emotional body.  Deep breathing can help with physical and emotional release of stuck or stored energy within our bodies. It is said to help with rest and relaxation.  Get ready to engage and let go at the same time.
