"Choosing Love" Social Emotional Learning Curriculum

The Choose Love Enrichment Program is aligned with the American School Counselor Association Mindsets and Behaviors for Student Success and includes social and emotional learning, emotional intelligence, character values, neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfullness and more! This free program was developed by a group of leading educators following the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary and addresses the universal want and need of every human which is to love and be loved. The goal of the program is to provide tools and a skill set that students can use to generate a happy life lived wholeheartedly. 

Please join us as we learn from Scarlett Lewis, Founder, Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement. Following the presentation, counselors will have time to share ideas about implementation and discuss social and emotional components of our programs. Additionally, counselors will receive information about Albertus Magnus College and attend a college tour. 

8:15-9:00am: Arrival, Registration, and Breakfast (provided) 

9:00-11:00am: Choosing Love, Presented by Scarlett Lewis Roundtable Discussion - social and emotional program components in our schools 

11:00am-12:00pm: Albertus Magnus College Info Session and Campus Tour

Parking is in front of the Tagliatela Academic Center.
